AP Miller Interview

Hello Andrew and Patti. It is really great to have you with us today at Fallen Angel Reviews. Readers are eager to learn about the multi-published writing team of AP Miller. Why not sit and enjoy a glass of ice tea, and allow us to get to know more about you and your writings.
Thank you for having us first of all. It's always a pleasure to be interviewed by your favorite review site!

Your home is in Las Vegas in the Red Rock Mountains. It sounds lovely there. Do you ever get any inspiration in your area to compose works?
Actually our devilish minds are always working and I do have some ideas using Las Vegas as the backdrop! Shhh...

If a reporter were to insist upon taking a tour of your life one day, what would they see in the day of the team of AP Miller?
Wow this is a difficult question to ask since we are both so complex! Actually he would find us relaxing in our PJ’s sitting at the computers and writing while watching cartoons! We are very boring...sorry just can't help it.

Why not tell us about Lone Huntress today?
Hmm, Lisa Huntress is a character every woman can identify with. This is a series so there will be multiple stories. All I can tell you is that she was born on the planet Gaia and left with a memory she will never forget. This series was just contracted with Double Dragon Publishing.

Another book coming soon is Le Femme, Sophia; would you enlighten the readers about this future work?
Actually this is still a secret...But we do have several other books coming out or that are already out. Management Training is with Bdsm Books, Librarians Dont Get Married will be out in August with Excessica, Beyond the Looking Glass will be out with Red Rose Publishing, All Hallows Eve and No More Roses for Lily will be out with Dark Roast Press in the Fall and Good Guys Deserve Bad Girls is on sale now with Noble Romance.

Do you have a set schedule for writing or do you just go with the flow?
LOL! Everything Andrew and I do is always sporadic since that's the way we like it. We never really had a set writing schedule. We write when the muse hits or we get bored.

Where do your ideas come from?
Many places. I could be in a restaurant listening to conversations or reading the daily news. My muse is always working so it was never difficult for me to come up with stories on my own. As far as Andrew, he gets his ideas from his own active mind but does get his inspiration form things he reads or sees on the internet or in daily life.

Do you 'lose' your track of thought, story thread or whatever emotional pitch you happen to be at when you do leave your story for a bit?
This is very rare for either one of us. We usually find our way back into any story we are writing. At this point we are writing nine books and several shorts plus writing in all of our blogs. You learn to stay focused after twenty-seven years in this industry!

Would you say it is easy or hard working as a team on composing books?
EASY! Are you kidding me? Two devious minds such as ours? Geeze it even scares me!

How much of your personality and life experiences show in your writing?
None of it. If we used our own personal life as a backdrop we'd all be in trouble!

What type of books would we find on your bookshelf?
On my shelves you will find Dianna Gabaldon (my favorite author) James Patterson, Stephen King, JK Rowlings and Anne Rice. On Andrew's shelves you will find Heinlein, McCaffrey, Bujold, James Harriet, Terry Prachette and a collection of Star Wars.

If you were to replenish your cabinets with one junk food, what would it be?
Andrew isn't a junk food freak but since I am it'd definitely be ice cream, Vienna fingers and Pringles.

Would you please share with us your website, myspace, Facebook, or blog?
Website, livinglasvegas.com, MySpace

You can find us on Facebook, Twitter, Shelfari and many more...

Do you have a household chore that you really hate doing?
Well I never really liked doing the laundry because it took up a good portion of my day. Andrew doesn't mind doing anything. He enjoys helping with the housework as well as cooking and baking.

If you could be invisible for one hour, what would you do and where would you go?
Oh Lordy! I'd hide in Hawaii somewhere on a deserted beach Away from EVERYONE! On the other hand Andrew said it's a pretty important question: he said it all depends on how much time he has to transport himself or will he wind up driving a car naked?

Andrew and Patti thanks so much for this interview and allowing the readers to learn more about the writing team of AP Miller. We look forward to reading your wonderful books.
Thanks so much for having us! It's always a pleasure. To our fans we want to say thank YOU and we promise Book Two of Lone Huntress is on its way we swear!
