Five years ago, Valerie was brought to a hospital in critical condition. No one knows who brought her or how she was injured. When a scream fills the night, Valerie is compelled to help. As she rushes to the scene she is embodied with extra strength, speed, and the ability to fight. However everything is not as it seems. The scream turns out to be part of a movie and the "villain" is in fact an alluring and sexy man named, Guytano. The attraction between Guytano and Valerie is instant and inexplicable. Guytano is compelled to protect her. A bond forms between them that neither understands but may need in order to fight the evil that seeks to prey upon Valerie. If they can survive, will Valerie finally find the answers to her past and potentially her future?

Vampyre Productions - The Valkyrie is a great introduction to the Vampyre Productions series. In this first offering, Mandy Roth has created a heroine and hero that will have readers not only enthralled with the first story, but also anxiously awaiting the next in the series. The plot is along the lines of any good vampire series, wonderfully sexy heroes and villains. There are twists and turns throughout and you won't really know where you are going until Ms. Roth gets you there. Of course you won't mind since Mandy Roth has fashioned a work that more than keeps readers interested and has them asking "what's going to happen next. " If you enjoy hot vampire stories with a depth and scope of plot that can't be contained in just one book, you don't want to miss out on Vampyre Productions - The Valkyrie. You will enjoy Valerie's reintroduction to her past and the impact is has on her present. However, as readers will want to know how the story continues, Ms. Roth will definitely have you scanning the bookshelves for the next offering in this series.
