This reviewer has not yet had the pleasure of reading a story from Ms. King's Horde Wars series. But if this story is a glimpse of what the other books offer, they will be a must buy on my list. Gripping action and scorching sex will keep the reader captivated from the first word to the last. This reviewer looks forward to catching up with the fascinating characters of the Horde Wars.

BLOOD TIES: KNIGHT STALKER

Bliss St. Claire had lusted for Cadan Gaelan ever since she first laid eyes on him. When she discovers that he is a vampire, she is torn between the horror that monsters exists and the fierce arousal that she feels whenever he is around.

Cadan knows that Bliss is the perfect mate for him. Not only is she breathtakingly beautiful, but she is also the perfect host for the female symbiot, Cerise, that has taken refuge in his body. All he has to do is convince her that the life of a vampire isn't as bad as she believes it to be, while at the same time keep her safe from the Dark Knights that would use her for their own evil intentions.

Lora Leigh has once again created the perfect alpha male that will have her fans drooling over their keyboards. Cadan is a very yummy character and his seduction of Bliss is enough to give any female a case of the erotic shivers. With intriguing characters and a fascinating storyline, this reviewer is anxious to read more about the Dark Knights and the alien symbiots that give them their power.

TREK MI Q'AN SERIES: DEVILISH DOT

When Dot fantasized about an extremely tall, muscular, hunky, alpha male type of guy, this is not what she had in mind. The gargoyle that holds her captive is in no way the dream guy she has always wanted. If only she could figure out if she was to be his dinner or his sex slave.

Vaidd knew immediately that Dot was to be his Bloodmate. But he has his work cut out for him as soon as he realizes that she is from a primitive planet and knows nothing of his language or rituals. This reviewer had forgotten how spellbinding Ms. Black's writing could be. Having enjoyed all the Trek Mi Q'an series, this one was no exception. Filled with laugh out loud humor and mind-boggling sex, this story will make you want to re-read the entire series to enjoy the imaginative worlds that Ms. Black creates once more. If you have not had the chance to read the other stories from this series, this will be a wonderful introduction into the erotic and enthralling world of the Khan-Gor.
