Seasons - Autumn Pleasures The Union

Does eroticism get any better than this?

Anya Bast delivers the perfect balance between some of the hottest sex you are ever going to read about, entwined in an excellent page turning romance.

Ecasia is a country divided. The Sudhra are basically a chauvinistic people, their woman have no value beyond a life of servitude or the strong political ties they can bring through an arranged marriage. Those living in the Nordan area live a life of equality. Both men and women are treasured and embraced by all. Sex to them is the ultimate act of sharing their bliss. The Nordanese have a euphoric lifestyle, believing in open sexual practices and open relationships. People of the old Ecasia had worshipped a male god, Anot and female goddess, Ariane. When the country split because of their differing views on women, each half chose a different deity to follow. As the gods are not united, infertility abounds. It is believed that if the country unites in peace, fertility will return to the people.

A religious sect abducts Lady Aniass of Sudhra, but Lord Gregor of Nordan comes to her rescue. He had lusted after her since their first meeting. Prior to her kidnapping, Aniass’s father had consented to their marriage in the hope of reuniting Ecasia. Initially, Aniass finds it difficult to live in Gregor’s household. As she comes from a very strict and straight-laced background, the very overt sex of others is a shock to say the least. She agrees to marry Gregor only if he can promise that they will share no intimacy. Lord Gregor has waited for Aniasse for too long to agree to this. His plans for her include a slow and steady introduction to his erotic world.

Be prepared for some XXX rated sizzling eroticism! Ms. Bast describes just about every male/female act a reader could imagine. I thoroughly enjoyed this book because the romantic tale is solid, not just page after page of sexual descriptions. The tension and growth of the relationship between Ms. Bast’s main characters had this reader turning the pages as much as any of the erotic enchantment. This reader was more than impressed with the style in which the author illustrates a particular very hard-core act without becoming coarse or vulgar. She has made this act intrinsic to her female character’s transformation, whilst revealing Lord Gregor’s total devotion and not dominance of her spirit. Autumn Pleasures: The Union is one of a series of four linked tales and has left this reader eager to read the others. Very highly recommended for hard-core erotic readers!
