Looking Glass

Max and Ariana had me reading long into the night with this final story in the Glass House trilogy. I loved this book and it left me in tears. One of my beloved characters dies, and I cry just thinking about it. As you can tell, the authors did their job of creating memorable and attachable characters. I feel that I should also warn the reader that parts of this story are very dark, but it's an extremely entertaining read. This is one story you don't want to miss. With that let's travel back into Max and Ariana's world.

Six months ago Gaia, James and Samantha's daughter, disappeared, and now they have clues to where they can find her. With the help of Nathan, Ratana, and several others James and Samantha will go back through time to find their daughter, but all is not what it seems and there is a dark force that will put everything they hold dear on the line. Lives will be lost, husbands will lose wives and wives will lose husbands, but they must complete their mission before time runs out or they'll be stuck in the past forever.

I was very saddened by this story. There is so much tragedy in this story that when the sun finally starts shining on the characters it seems like a monumental occasion. I was really into this story because it answers all the little questions that are left over from book one and two.

I feel that the authors really captured the grief of the ones that lost loved ones. I cried my eyes out through most of the story, and I wouldn't change a minute of it. Max and Ariana really know how to get their readers emotions engaged. I would have to say that book three of the Glass trilogy is my favorite story. I think that it has to do with the way everything was summed up and how they left a possible opening for another story, which this reviewer would love to see happen sometime soon. All in all I feel that this story was the perfect ending for the Glass House trilogy.
