Ms. DeSalvo pens a read about one mans need to really know if the woman he desires, wants him just as bad. Jake needs acceptance, his self confidence has taken a beating during his time in prison and this journey with Katherine is just what the doctor ordered. I was on the edge of my seat wondering how far Katherine would let Jake go sexually to achieve the maximum pleasure for them both. The sexual tension had my body tight with anticipation. Once A Thief is a very strong story that pushes the boundaries on just how much we are willing to trust someone to help us fulfill our most hidden desires. I was thoroughly caught up in the story and I took each step with Katherine as if it were my own. Phew, thank you Ms DeSalvo for penning this read and please do grace us with another book soon.
