David Baines, a private investigator; has been given an assignment most men would dream of, with him being the exception. The idea of pretending to be a client while investigating the murders at Camp Illicit is not at all to his liking. David doesn't have a problem with sex, and the fact is, he enjoys sex when he can get it. However, David is not they type of guy who enjoys meaningless sex and this is just what Camp Illicit represents. Resolved to the fact that he has to complete the assignment, David packs his bags so he can begin his "two week vacation".
Upon his arrival at Camp Illicit, David is warmly greeted by Martha, the sexy receptionist in charge of welcoming the guests. Martha is extremely friendly and David is totally "blown away" by the enthusiastic greeting he receives. When his "meeting" with Martha is over, David begins to wonder what he has got himself into. After being shown to his suite, David is instructed to choose the escort he wants to spend his first day with. While searching through the snapshots, he finds Emily and decides she is the one for him.
After spending his first day with Emily, David realizes he is in a difficult situation. He wants to be more than just Emily's client, he wants to pursue a personal relationship as well. Can he convince Emily that there is more to their relationship than just sex?
Alayne Warren has written one of the hottest and sexiest stories I have ever read. The sex in this book absolutely sizzles. Not only does Ms. Warren write incredibly erotic scenes, but she does an excellent job in portraying the storyline from a man's point of view. From the start, you feel the magnetism between David and Emily and you know you are in for a real treat. The incredible chemistry between the characters, along with a deliciously sexy story line makes Illicit Behavior an unbelievably arousing read.
