When Lightning Strikes

Emma Myles has been having naughty dreams about the CEO of her company, Seth Fraser. They are only dreams until a chance meeting at a carnival in town. Seth follows her home and what follows is a steamy make out session in the park and then a night of passion at Emma’s home.

But a month later, a misunderstanding drives them apart. Emma catches Seth in a compromising position and doesn’t give him a chance to explain. Seth is determined to get Emma to look at him again, to be with him again, but it’s not until they are both stuck in the building’s elevator during a thunderstorm that he gets his chance. But this isn’t the last misunderstanding that pops up between the two of them. Will love continue to elude this couple?

Although this story was short, it was hot in its intensity. The sex scenes were explicit and detailed and scintillating. Focused primarily on the main couple, the book moved at a fairly fast pace, at parts flashing from the present to the past. I recommend this story for anybody who is looking for a short, but spicy book.
