Worth the Wait: An Erotic Romance

Anna was married for many years to an alcoholic who mentally abused her. Now at fifty, she finds herself a widow with no money and nobody to talk to. Before losing her in a car accident, his late wife Sarah took care of all household tasks. However, she was not as adept at the sexual side of their marriage. Robert is dealing with a lot of guilt for finding her lacking in this respect. Unsatisfied with one-night stands, he’s left with a yearning ache in his life.

When Anna first arrives in Wyoming, they both try to maintain a distance from each other. Despite an instant attraction, they want to maintain an employer/employee relationship as much as possible. Then one day they give into the passion both have been denied and days turn into months. Robert has not let go of the guilt from his first marriage and Anna is not willing to compete with a ghost. Will love be worth the wait?

I really enjoyed this book. With sizzling hot love scenes and heart stirring moments, it’s a must read. Most refreshing of all is that this book proves that sex and love aren’t reserved for the very young. All ages can find that second chance. This book moved along quickly for me. Watching how these two blossomed while trying to fulfill each other’s fantasies had me cheering them on. Ms. Rhys has a winner in this book!
