This story begins in space similar to Aliens 3, without the alien and instead of men on a planet, it's women on a prison ship floating in space. An interesting thing in the story is the woman police themselves. Evena who is the chosen leader of the prisoners, meaning she keeps the peace and ensures the survival of everyone on the ship.

The opening of this story is a couple of fight scenes first between Evena and one of the more interesting convicts. Then we progress to Evena fighting off Adam, the captain of a pirate ship, illegally boarding the prison ship with part of his crew. She and Adam strike sparks off each other from start to finish, but oh, how they make up.

The basis of the story is how Evena, who is working on getting her pardon off the prison ship, fights not only Adam but also her own nature in trying to ensure that he gets what he came for and quickly departs. Question is why is Adam on the same ship as Evena? Adam concocts this fantastical idea that he and his crew can find brides on board this prison ship and create a new life with their ill-gotten gains on a planet far from the rest of civilization. Will his plan work and will Adam get his girl? You'll have to buy the book to find out.

This reviewer found this book an incredibly great read. It was loaded with action and tons of fantastically choreographed love scenes. Delilah Devlin spent time on the steaming love scenes but she spent more time on the action in the story and the plotting. This comes through as you read and immerse yourself in this tale. This story was a page turning, back cramping, non-stop reading adventure throughout the end. Once started, this reviewer could not leave the story until it was completed and then this reviewer couldn't believe it was over; Definitely sequel material. This reviewer will be looking on Ms. Devlin's web page to see if she has any sequels planned. A story that not only was enjoyable but also exciting and surprising. Thank you for this wonderfully enjoyable story.
