Rosemary Holt, divorced mom of three, has no time for herself these days. She is lonely, aching for a man to pleasure her, without the strings attached. Rosemary enjoys escaping from “jerk head” Cullen Blakely, a computer guru with the company, who thinks he is god. They never met in person but she doesn’t care for his superior attitude. She doesn’t look forward to meeting him at the big company meeting in Denver that they both have to attend.

Cullen Blakely is single and ready to settle down. He’s decided that one-night stands no longer appeal to him and is time to seriously begin looking for a wife. However, until he finds her, he heads to Virtual Fantasy Inc., to spend some quality time with his dream woman. He needs the time away from his job and from the “wicked witch” Rosemary Holt, who blames him for the problems that the computer networking company that they both work for. Thankfully, they live in different states and only converse by phone. The meeting between Cullen and Rosemary is inevitable and when they do meet, they are surprised with each other, the sparks fly between them and the attraction is mutual. Will real-life be better than fantasy, for both of them?

I enjoyed the first book in the Virtual Fantasy Inc., PROJECT TEMPTATION by Velvet Veers. Rosemary was a delightful character who worked hard even though she’s a strong single mother. Her sharp and witty personality is entertaining and is like many single career women today, who are fiercely independent and hesitant to get back into the dating game, especially when they have children. PROJECT TEMPTATION was sizzling hot, the explicit love scenes were explosive and no-holds barred. Ms. Veers writes an exciting tale that burns up the pages and this reader is eager for the next story in the Virtual Fantasy Inc. series. I found the underlying mystery of who was sabotaging the networking company was over quickly and it was instantly obvious who the culprit was, because of the small cast of characters in PROJECT TEMPTATION. It is an intense, highly erotic tale that readers can enjoy to leave real-life behind for an hour or two.
