There she was, her beauty beyond compare, yes there she was happy and content walking into the ballroom with ease and perfection. For ten years, he had been filled with pain, rage, searching for her, a woman he longed for but also a woman who would not take him. Darcy could sense his urgency, his desire. His stare not just moved her but caused odd sensations through out her body. The she realized it was him and her heart stopped not wanting to remember she had been chosen for the Dark Fay prince of the frozen kingdom.
Not knowing if it was her immaturity or anger but she fled leaving him. His king believing her to be dead she started a new life. Now he was there and wanted what belonged to him. She fights him at first but the pure lust inside her wins in the end. After their union, he releases her but Darcy is not that the same girl she was years before.
This short story is filled with heat. The union of Darcy and Frost is truly exciting and erotic. I would love to have been able to read more about them. Frost is a great man to be paired up with Darcy because he is a strong character and could be used again. The Cover Art is awesome showing exactly how he is described in the story. Yes, I would love to read more about Frost.
