MacKenzie is a wonderful heroine who is spunky, smart and brave. She is presented with many situations, which would defeat a weaker personality, but she endures and survives. Aaron is the man of his time. He is an alpha hero with a sensitivity that many alpha men lack. He knows MacKenzie is the woman for him and he does what he can to keep her with him. These two characters embark on a journey that is filled with action and much love. They have wonderful chemistry together. They sizzle and steam up the pages of this book. The secondary characters are not one-dimensional personalities. They are distinctly written and come to life for the reader.
This was an enthralling time travel tale. The author has woven a story that draws the reader in and doesn't let go until the very end. If you enjoy historical time travel romances, then this book is for you. It will provide plenty of reading enjoyment!
