Gwen Gregory, the town librarian, is bored with her life. After high school she got a job at the library earn some extra cash, but the cash never came and she soon found herself twenty six years old, stuck in a dead beat town and alone. Her dreams set aside for someday. Moon Lit Park is where she spends her time gazing at the tall gorgeous statue that invades her dreams.
Eros, the god of love, who reigns over erotic and romantic love, sees her everyday, she is beautiful and he wants more then anything to make her fantasies come true. Then he is granted one night and one night only to be with the woman he has loved for so long. Little does he know the powers that be are fighting for him and what he wants.
Will he be returned to his pedestal or will he be able to stay with Gwen forever? This is a short story of a young girl filled with fantasies and desires and a lonely statue that comes to life. Gwen is so much like a lot of women, dreaming of romantic love. It's too bad they don't all get a God of erotic and romantic love coming into their lives. It's simply short, sexy and sweet.
